Program Contract Terms

Christen's programs include the actual dolls, garments or accessories described on each program page. These programs are shared with the audience in fashion show format. This hands on environment provides an up close and personal view of her creative and awe inspiring talents. Due to the delicate vintage nature of some items, they will be displayed on mannequins or hangers.

Set-up Logistics, Displays and Models

  • The programs all require models which will need to be provided by the group or guild membership. An assistant will also need to be provided by the group to help coordinate the program timing and models.
  • Logistics: A changing room close to the stage will be required for each of the garment programs. This room should be large enough to fit two rolling racks, two eight foot long tables, eight models and one coordinator. One rolling rack will need to be provided by the group, and be present in the room the day of the program.
  • One hour before the program the room will need to be opened in order to prepare the garments and accessories. The coordinator and a few helpers will be needed to unload the garments before and after the program. The models need to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the program. The models should wear neutral colors black or creme, and no perfume.
  • The doll program will need a long table on the stage for display, and will need to be set up before the meeting begins.

Travel, Meals and Accommodations

  • If an overnight stay is required, I prefer either a pre-paid hotel room or a quiet private home.
  • All meals must be provided by your guild or organization. I am allergic to many foods, animals, smoke, dust, and several kinds of pollens. When you hire me, I will provide a list of the foods and allergens that I must avoid.
  • Mileage (where applicable) will be $0.45 per mile.

Christen also teaches classes for groups and organizations.
