The Parisian Couture Tassel is a lovely example of the vintage jacquards made in the Czech Republic in the 40's. The top of the tassel is made from 3 separate sections of jacquard ribbon fused to a base of muslin that is embellished with embroidery and beads. The tassel skirt is made from 15 different colors and widths of the Hanah Silk Ribbon.
