Bleeding Hearts and Posies Pin Holder

The base of this pin holder is a moire fabric covered in silk and ombre ribbon flowers.

The "bleeding hearts" are made from silk bias ribbon worked flowers that are stuffed. The leaves are made from two-tone satin ribbon. The "posies" are made from ombre ribbon.

The two sections are lined in felt, then stitched together along the top edge.

This is an original design, and the bleeding heart and the leaf are of my own design.
